At home

Well I got all of my stuff loaded inro the car very quick. It was a quick load into the van which makes everything a bunch better. When we got back my brother's friends helped me unload all of my stuff which was also something great to have happen. I went through lots of unpacking and gettins lots of this stuff out of the packaging. There was also some stuff that I decided to leave packed because I am only going to be here for a few weeks. I am not sure if I wrote about this before but I got a job working at a grocery store which will make everything this summer go smoothly. After getting back and unloading it was time to go see the Da Vinci Code. The movie was good, but it was not great. Nor was it that true to the book which I am sure is going to afect the reception of the movie for the millions of people who read the book. It was a fun movie to see after waiting for so long, but still i was underwhelmed. I am not movie critic, however I do think that I have a good appreciation for movies. This movie was just not that great. And the fact that the book was so amazing would hurt any little bits in the movie that were not as great. Im sure it is very hard to adapt such a good book into a movie in such a limited amount of time. I like Ron Howard's movies and also Tom Hanks' movies, but no matter how much I like their stuff I can not say that this is their best work. It was a tough role for anyone even Tom Hanks to play. I had a good discussion with my friend Miles after we saw the movie. After the movie we went and had some Chipotle, which is something that I had been dearly missing over the time that I was at school. It is the only restaurant that they do not have in eau Claire. After the delicious chipotle we went and stopped in at my little brother's friend's birthday party. It was a bit of fun, but I really am a few years removed from wanting to hang out with them. I mean I am friends with most of them, but I also think that I need to be around people my own age. We came back and watched some scrubs which is always fun. I went to bed fairly early and got to sleep in as late as I wanted. When I got up there was some baseball on. Who does not want to watch the cubs play the white sox. Well as soon as I started watching there was a brawl that broke which is always interesting to see. Not sure what I am going to say about this, but I just thought I should sdd it in. Movie of the Day: The Da Vinci Code, If you loved the book it is worth it to see this movie. otherwise it is something that you can just pass on.
