Another good day

Well today was a very good day. Not much of a better start than that. Well I got up a bit after noon. Did some chores around the house. I packed some stuff up and then took the dog for a walk. He was just beat today so it was short. It was quite hot outside so I did not blame him for being so tired. I chatted with a wonderful girl who i have a crush on, hopelessly. I enjoy chatting with her even though i have no real shot. Oh well, I just wanna be able to get over that. There is one thing that I have been noticing about my friends here at home. Last summer i could not have gotten any of them to really hang out with me no matter how much I tried. This summer however they all come out of the woodwork and want to hang out with me. Too bad I am only at home for about 2 weeks. They all are saying that they want to hang out, but still whenever I have time they don't so I doubt any of this is even going to happen. I guess I won't be missing out on anyting in that case. I will be living ith my roommates that i get along with so well and are actually willing to spend time with me. Well that is enough complaining about that stuff. After chatting I did some more packing of stuff. I then started reading Angels And Demons by Dan Brown. I will give a review of it when I have finished for those of you out there who want to know my opinion. After reading I went up to Apple Valley with my friend Miles. We were gonna go for dinner and then see a movie, well we did not know which was going to come first until we started discussing which would happen first. I on and we went to dinner first. So we went to Famous Daves. Who does not love some deliciously cooked meat covered in bbq sauce. It was delicious as always. After getting our fill of food we went to see Xmen the Last Stand. The movie was pretty good. There were a few things that I didn't like, but the action was excellent. My favorite Xmen were finally featured rather prominantly. Beast was in there and so was Collossus who finally had a decent part although still not that big. One of the very bright spots was Kitty Pryde. She was very cute. She had just the kind of looks that I like. Nothing too over the top, but gentle natural good looks. In the movie there were quite a few good one liners in the movie. Lots of rather big laughs for everyone in the theater. I was a little dissapointed by the lack of nightcrawler and a few other xmen like jubilee and another one of my favorite Xmen Gambit. I don't know why they did not try to work these characters in, but I do remember seeing a kid dressed like Jubilee in one of the other movies. There were also some cool new enemies like Juggernaut which made it very entertaining. Well after that I came home and found out that the actress who played Kitty Pryde is 18 which makes me feel like I am not as dirty as my friend had said I was.
Well of course the movie of the day is: X-men: the Last Stand, For anyone that liked the cartoon or comics in the past I think that it is definitely worth seeing. It wrapped up all of the loose ends that there had been.
Song of the Day: In the Garage----Weezer, the song is about being a geek, like i know I have been for all of my life. I am proud of who I am and what I am interested in. The song also makes reference to Kitty Pryde and Nightcrawler who are X-men which is always cool. I love weezer, especially their first two albums.
