An Ode to Northfield

I have been thinking aobut how much I am going to miss living in Northfield and also all of the great memories that I have. I have lived here for the majority of my live, in fact for all but approximately 4 years of my life. Maybe it is more like 5 I guess i dont really know, but at least I have here for 3/4 of my life. Which is just amazing. This may very well be the last time that I spend an extended period of time here. I am going to miss the way this town is. I can not imagine a place that I would enjoy living in as much as I have here. The town has some great history which is something that you don't have in every other town in the country. This place will always be a part of me. I am pretty sure that this place will be a part of me for the rest of my life. It is a place that I would love to life here later in my life if possible, although Eau Claire is quite a bit like Northfield in many ways. Well enough about Northfield, although I wish I had something a bit more elegant to say. I just do not have that poetic touch within myself. I started to load a few things in the evening yesterday when my broher got home. And then just randomly at about 1am I got the urge to load more. So I did. I pretty much loaded everything I wanted to into the van last night. I did not have to do any real work today. I guess I don't have too much to say today. I have been sitting in the basement all day because our carpets were getting shampooed. I probably will not be posting for a few days because I am gonna be in Eau Claire without a computer.
Movie of the Day: Kung Fu Hustle, this movie is a slapstick comedy with lots of Kung Fu involved along with some good parodies of American movies. Worth seeing.
Song of the Day: Walk Away----The James Gang, the james gang is a band that I love, that very few people have heard of. The song symbolizes my life in Northfield. I should not look back when I can look ahead and hopeful to the future. The James Gang is also a historical thing for Northfield because Jesse James and his gang were stopped in Northfield.
