Memories......................HAHA JK
The title is just there to make fun of the fact that every damn person on facebook is writing their own memories note. Too bad I don't care. I just needed to write a note, because this is the way that I get things off my mind. I have been palying a lot of poker online lately and I have have some up and down luck. A week ago I won $1300 I cashed 1000 of it out and now I have been havin some bad luck not being able to win hands when I am way ahead. I swear the programming had been rigged to make me lose all the time. It was so aggrevating at times. So lets see what else is new, The wild are still undefeated after 5 games which is pretty cool. I wish I got to see some games around here. I should figure out what channel OLN is because I think they show some hockey games, or at least they did last year. I would dfinitely watch hockey if they do show it. I have been watching the office a lot lately along with season 4 of scrubs which just came out on dvd.
I am addicted to the office. There is just something about it that is so funny. They insanity of Dwight, the thought that a boss could be so incredibly and the hillarious things that Jim does make the show something that everyone should check out some time. How often do you get the chance to see a mockumentary sitcom? Also Steve Carrell plays the part of the boss perfectly. He seems so serious and the way he does things are just hillarious.
When I wokr late at night I usually will read Rolling Stone, because it is like the only magazine that they have at work that I find interesting. I was reading through and I read something about the Decemberists, it said they were an ultra-literate indie-rock band, I thought that this was an interesting description for a band and was so intrigued that I got ahold of some of their music and gave it a listen. It was good stuff. Not too complicated, but the songs tell stories really well. Its ot hard stuff for those of you out there that like harder rock. I like their sound nice and accoustic with some accordian and harmonica mixed in depending on the songs.
I also have gotten the new album by Robert Randolph and the Family Band titled Coloblind. I have only listened to it once through, but I liked it a lot, its nice upbeat funky music. It is hard to describe to be honest. I really liked the cover of Jesus is Just Alright with Eric Clapton joining in.
They are another band I think are worth checking out for you readers out there.
Thats all for tonight.
