Im back again..........again
Well it has been about 6 months since my last entry on here, so I guess I have some stuff to post. Actually not all that much has changed in my life. I guess I have made some new friends lately well not lately, but in the last six months. Mostly from work. It is nice to have a group of people to hang out with I guess. I am enjoying baseball season, and love keeping up on my fantasy team, which is currently in second place. In sports, the twins aren't doing as well as I would like them to be doing, but they are not doing terribly or anything like that.
I have been working a lot lately, it keeps me busy. I have also been trying to work out more to work off some of this extra weight. I have been discovering new shows in the last months, I have gotten into Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared, both short lived tv shows produced by Judd Apatow the writer and director of 40 Year Old Virgin. The shows were both good shows in my mind. I think that every body should check them out. It actually boggles my mind that these shows were canceled. I think Time Magazine called Freaks and Geeks the second best show of 1999 after the Sopranos in their first year.
Other news in my live would be that I am now living on my own in my own apartment. It is nice, but a little lonely at times. I have also been having success at poker lately. I made nearly 300 bucks the week that I was back at home. And a few weeks before that I had made 280 in one night over at St. Croix casino. I have also stared using netflix to reduce the number of movies on my to see list. I am excited for this over the summer.
Well tonight I don't really have that much effort to write a long post, but I will be back more often.
Well my pick for movie of the day is: Knocked up. This movies is simply hilarious. The funniest movie that I have seen all year. I guess maybe I am just a big fan of all of Judd Apatow's work. This movie has morals, but still has dirty humor. I think that most of you out there should go and see it. It is worth the full admission price.
Song of the day: Flathead--The Fratellis. This song is a rocking song that has been featured in an itunes/ipod commercial. The back rocks they sounds great and I think everyone should give them a try.
